Scale model of 15 foot inflatable bounce house aka Jupiter Jump or bounce castle.  The  offspring of your layout's adult inhabitants will delight at backyard parties and celebrations by bouncing until they're completely tuckered out.  Great cardio exercise for the little kiddos too, much preferable to sitting in front of the television all day.

Historical note: The bounce house was invented in 1959 so this model would be at home on any layout from then on.
